Before stopping a program that plays in the background that we have to go to see what program is playing, we can stop it's not to much RAM. To view the program and stop the background we need to:
First, Enable Developer Options by going to Settings> About Device> and often down to Build Number function Developer Options will be opened.
Go to Developer Options> Process Stats to see if a program that is acting and more RAM. Or you can go to Settings> Battery to see your phone on most applications.
After that program any more RAM and battery and we can go to Settings> Applications> go to that much RAM, and click on Disable or Force Stop to stop them.
You do not need to practice every day by a week, you should clean the application in the background on your phone from 3 to 4 times the industry, and do not forget to clear your browser's cache of each program.
